Lexi is a California-based entrepreneur and model, who wanted to create some urban lifestyle fashion portraits for her business and social media. We met up in New York City’s Murray Hill neighborhood, where the area’s famous architecture – notably its awesome door “stoops” – made great backgrounds for these photos. We also shot along Park Avenue, and created a few images on the steps of the famous New York Public Library building. It was a gorgeous autumn day – cool but clear – which was perfect for the sweater-and-jeans looks we were after.
For the photographers reading, I created all of the images in this gallery with a Nikon Df camera and the amazing Nikkor 58mm f/1.4 AF-S lens. Lighting is simply available light, with locations chosen carefully.
