Weir Farm NHP photo update In August 2026, I completed a month-long National Park Service artist residency at Weir Farm National Historical Park in Connecticut. Weir Farm NHP refers to itself as “The National Park for Art.” Its primary theme focuses around impressionist landscape painting. So I was excited to be the only photographic artist accepted to the artist-in-residence program this year (and only the second photographer in the park’s entire A-I-R history). I will be uploading photo collections from this experience soon, and they should be “live” a little later this fall.
